In the app or on the website

1. Sign in to the FÜDAVA app, or at fudava.com/login.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete Account.
3. Enter your password if asked, then choose Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@fudava.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in (name, email, password, date of birth, height and goals)
• Health information: conditions, medications, weight, blood sugar, lab results, cycle and symptom logs
• Steps, sleep and other readings imported from Health Connect
• Meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, meal and water logs, workouts and Micro Moves
• Household members you added
• Your subscription, which is cancelled at once with no further charges

What is kept, and for how long

• Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.
• If you ever paid for a plan, payment records (amount, date and the last digits of the card) are kept by us and our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax law requires.
• Deleting your account doesn't remove you from our email newsletter. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us at hello@fudava.com and we will remove you.
